Terms and Conditions – G999 Game Pakistan

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and G999 Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any feature of G999 Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

G999 Game is an online gaming platform providing access to slot games, live casino, table games, and sports betting services including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, and esports markets. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2 Account Registration

To use G999 Game's paid services you must first register an account. Registration is free and open to residents of Pakistan who meet the eligibility criteria below.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a human individual — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on G999 Game.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, device, household, or IP address — are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are detected, G999 Game reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or completed transactions linked to them.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. G999 Game staff will never ask you to share your password via any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact support immediately.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

G999 Game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard industry practice designed to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

What Verification Involves

• Proof of identity — a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank account used for deposits.

When Verification Is Required

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. G999 Game also reserves the right to request verification at any point during your use of the platform, particularly if unusual account activity is detected or if a withdrawal request exceeds certain thresholds.

4 Deposits

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 200 (or as stated in your account dashboard, which may vary by method).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor.
• G999 Game does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Failed or Delayed Deposits

If a deposit appears to have been deducted from your payment method but has not been credited to your G999 Game balance within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit again until the first transaction has been confirmed or refunded.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in PKR and must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same method used for deposits where applicable.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must have their wagering requirements fully met before the associated balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, or cards depending on the deposit method used.

Processing Times

Standard accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within 24 hours of the request being approved. VIP members receive priority processing — Gold tier members within the same business day, Platinum within a few hours, and Diamond members receive expedited processing. Withdrawal Limits

6 Bonuses and Promotions

G999 Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free spin winnings carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or a multiple of it, as stated in the promotion) must be wagered across eligible games before any associated balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered players making their first qualifying deposit only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the promotion explicitly allows it.

Bonus Abuse

Where abuse is detected, G999 Game reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals linked to those bonuses, and close the account.

7 Gameplay Rules

G999 Game provides access to slot games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports. Each game type operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or betting interface.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the market in which they are placed. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules displayed in the betting section. G999 Game's trading decisions regarding odds, market availability, and bet settlement are final.

Technical Failures

In the unlikely event of a technical failure during a game or bet, G999 Game will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a verified system error may be voided. G999 Game is not liable for losses incurred as a result of player-side technical issues such as internet disconnection.

Game Fairness

All slot and casino games on G999 Game use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by reputable third-party software providers. Sports betting odds are set by our trading team and reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on G999 Game. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required.

• Registering more than one account or assisting others to do so.
• Providing false or misleading personal information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage; any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method to obscure your location or identity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing G999 Game staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

G999 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account.
• At the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months).

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting G999 Game support. If your account holds a positive balance at the time of closure and no bonus conditions are outstanding, the balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed. Accounts closed at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons are subject to a cooling-off period before re-registration may be considered.

Inactive Account Fees

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a positive balance may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Logging into your account at any time resets the inactivity period.
